I'm writing this in regards to our new lawyer Kimberly Dougherty. First let me give you a little background history on our case, our case has been an ongoing battle for the last six years. The case was stretched out for no reason other than the other council prolonging the case. Our previous lawyer did absolutely nothing in a resolution to our case. She actually did everything the opposing council asked her to do and in no way beneficial to us (her clients). We would call literally everyday for months straight with no return calls, also left messages, and wrote emails with no response. Needless to say it was a very infuriating six years! Fast forward to joining up with your law firm, who let that lawyer go and assigned us to a new lawyer Mrs. Dougherty. Mrs. Dougherty provided amazing council. She was literally the lawyer we have been waiting for, for the last 6 years! She not only handled our case professionally, she showed passion and a true interest in helping us get this ongoing case over with. She was extremely precise and very quick in the work she did. She even worked past office hours and made sure we had everything that we needed and made sure that the judge saw the case for what it was. Her grit and passion for our case was nothing short of amazing! She went against one of the most successful and feared councils in Tipton County for whatever reason and absolutely shined! I cannot say enough about how highly I think of Mrs. Dougherty and would highly recommend her to any future clients! You will not be disappointed! She was truly an answered prayer for our family!
